Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Mariah’s Essentials. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase may also be required.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

We may request photographs of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized or custom products, gift cards, and items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned outside of the return period.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use products may also be non-returnable once opened or used.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Please do not return an item until you have received return instructions from us.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
